Test Report: Paradigm Monitor Series 7 Speaker System
Paradigm has remained in the loudspeaker performance/value forefront for decades, a position that's not going to change with the Monitor Series 7...the Paradigm system reviewed here is ridiculously good... it delivers natural tonal balance, serious bass extension, impressively clean dynamic range and transient punch, and tight, stable imaging in generous, well-balanced measure, with cosmetics and fit'n'finish that will satisfy most and should offend none. Unhesitatingly recommended.
Paradigm Series 7 Monitor 11 / Center 3 / Surround 3 / Sub 12 Home-Theater Speaker System
Paradigm's Monitor Series 7 home-theater system is a step up in performance from the previous Monitor Series, with improvements that include new and better drivers, a new configuration for the surround speakers, and surprising subwoofer performance from a small package. This is remarkable... well worth hearing at your Paradigm dealer.
Paradigm Monitor 11 Speaker System
...the Monitors were immensely satisfying on both music and movies. I never felt the need to rush through a listening session. In fact, on both movies and music, each session often lasted far longer than I had planned. If you're shopping in this price range, or even twice that, you need to audition the Monitor Series 7.
There's No Place Like Home - Anthem MRX 510 A/V Receiver and Paradigm Monitor 7 Home-Theater Speaker
While $5,000 is certainly not chump change, in the world of hi-fi that investment often only gets you one stereo component. Alternately, that same money can provide a complete home-theater setup that offers great quality, performance, and value... For those seeking a single home audio/video solution, this Anthem/Paradigm combo gets you the best of both worlds: a solid two-channel setup and a 5.1 surround- sound system'just add audio and video sources. Plus, with unobtrusive looks and the ability to hide the subwoofer, you'll forget the system is even in the room so you can get lost in the depths of a movie.
Paradigm Monitor Series 7 5-Channel Speaker System (TPV 109)
Paradigm's Monitor Series 7 system offers a well-balanced mix of virtues while upholding the model line's hard won reputation for value-first engineering. This system might serve as a 'gateway to the high-end' for some listeners, but it is good enough that it will be a satisfying destination in its own right for many others.
Paradigm Monitor 7 v.7 Floorstanding Loudspeaker Reviewed
There was no audible gap between the Monitor 7s and the matching center channel... Dialog, despite the chaos and destruction occurring on-screen, was intelligible and clear.... Paradigm's Monitor line of speakers has always been one of my affordable favorites and with the introduction of their latest version, Version 7, they'll remain one of favorites a while longer.
