I liked the Soundtrack System' It provides better bass than most entry level systems offer while delivering ample volume and clarity for movies and TV viewing' It has multiple mounting and placement options coupled with a sleek, well finished design that will look good in most room decors' The Paradigm Soundtrack delivers in those two areas that I find to be most important: clear dialog reproduction and broad dynamic range. If you are looking for simplicity and flexibility in a good sounding soundbar system, the Soundtrack may well be what you are looking for. "Good sound" always sounds good to me.

The Paradigm Soundtrack System can hang - not just on your wall, but performance-wise, with soundbar/sub combos costing well more than twice the price. And isn't that the Paradigm model - to deliver twice the performance for half the price and watch the consumers spend their money. Coming from someone who's owned the top speakers that Paradigm makes, I can say that the Paradigm Soundtrack System is both a steal and a top performer.

Form factor is more and more of an issue with today's flat HDTV installations, which is why Paradigm cooked up the slick Soundtrack soundbar. The Soundtrack System is a well-built, well-engineered, compact home theatre system that is easy to setup. It provides a level of performance that had me amazed, given its price, simplicity and size. Though it can't quite provide the immersive experience of a well-designed 5.1 home theatre system, it is very capable of providing a captivating experience, while being both décor and budget friendly. If you're looking for a home theatre system with a high-performance-to-price ratio, a small footprint and virtually no wiring, there may not be a better pick than the Paradigm SHIFT Soundtrack System.
